OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

You have 30 days after receiving your items to be able to lodge a refund.

For your return to be eligible the Item must be in the same condition as it arrived & in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required. For change of mind or wrong size we accept exchange only and the customer will be responsible for all shipping cost (returning & re sending)

If items are damaged or faulty shipping costs will be covered by Wardlinn & Co.

To start a return process please email wardlinnco@outlook.com.au.  Once the return has been accepted we will inform you of the next step of the process.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom items, special orders or personalised items are all non returnable.  Any issues will need to be discussed when the final proof is sent through.

Damaged Items

If items are damaged on arrival please make immediate contact through our email along with photos so we can get the issue sorted quickly for you.

​

Refunds

We will be in contact once we have recieved and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved the refund will be refunded through the original payment method.
